Radiofrequency, minimal incision, intraoral incision -> did it all -00-

On August 13, I had radiofrequency + minimal-incision treatment, and then the day before yesterday I had square-jaw treatment again through an intraoral incision. Because I work, I had the least free time, so at first I chose the minimal incision, and to be honest, being scared of the intraoral incision was also one of the big reasons. Also, the doctor said there was not much difference between getting an intraoral incision and the two procedures above, so I even paid more for it, but over the 3 months, although it did shrink a lot in fact (because I used to be very square-jawed), it did not have as much effect as I had expected.. On top of that, the radiofrequency-treated muscle did not relax well, so I even got muscle injections, but my jaw was uneven.. There really is a difference between actually cutting bone and shaving it down. So in the end, I took my precious vacation time again and had it done the day before yesterday. - -;; And I had radiofrequency on my calves too, but I really only suffered.. (couldn't walk for 3 days) For 2 months they felt tight and it was hard, and I even got muscle injections, but they did not shrink even 1 cm.. In the end, I even had muscle reduction surgery.. If the pain last time was 100, now it is 300 - -;; The swelling is also so severe.. During surgery, calf muscle reduction was under sedation, and it really felt like I was going back and forth to another dimension, like this is how I die.. Every time they pulled the tendons in my legs, I could feel my legs twitching, and I was conscious.. After being sedated twice like that, I had my jaw done again under general anesthesia. It started at 12, and when I woke up, it was 7.. When I woke up, well, anyone who has done it would know, but I was vomiting, dizzy, feverish, nauseated, couldn't urinate, wanted to drink water.. Anyway, I was completely wrecked = =;; I don't know how I endured 2 days.... Now it is really a war against swelling.. The swelling is no match for what I had with the minimal incision.. When I had the minimal incision, even when I urgently went to work after a problem at the company on day 6, it was not that embarrassing.. Now, if I go after 6 days, everyone will probably ask if I was in a traffic accident. They said they made about a 5 cm incision on each side, and right now, because my mouth is full of swelling, my teeth cannot touch each other, and outside my mouth there are scabs because of the cuts... I am so swollen that right now I am scared to even look in the mirror... The muscle reduction does not hurt that much, but if I step wrong, it stings sharply. What I really want to say is.... If you are going to do square-jaw surgery and your jaw is very square, just close your eyes and get the intraoral incision. Whether you get an intraoral incision or a minimal incision, the hardest parts are general anesthesia and swelling, and general anesthesia really takes a big toll on the body.. It was so hard that later I even got irritated and cried.. -00- I don't know what to do about this damn swelling. I have training next week and return to work the week after that = =; If I go to training, there will be lots of juniors too, sob sob~~
