Seniors, are Siwoo, GNG, and Miho okay for rhinoplasty? My nose is high, but I have a severe hump, so I don’t want to touch anything else and just want to do something about this. If the bone is shaved, do you absolutely have to put in silicone? I don’t mind if people don’t know I had surgery, so I want it to look natural. Also, if the protruding part of the nose is shaved down, does it come out smooth in one go? I want to succeed in one surgery without revision
