I'm on day 10 after nose surgery. They tell you not to smoke because of things like nicotine and tar, right? Then would it be okay to use vitamin-stick products like Vita Sense? If I want to clean my nose, should I go to the clinic and ask them to clean it, or should I just endure it even if it's blocked? ㅠㅠ
