If I were going implant-free, autologous costal cartilage seems like the safest option, but after reading posts about later nasal tip drooping or resorption, and about autologous costal cartilage scars, aftereffects around the ribs, and other side effects that can occur in the nose, I felt like I could not accept those things, so I gave up. I really think it is something that should be done by people who can handle all of that and, after weighing it, lean more toward overcoming their complex. I hope everyone thinks carefully.
