Because I was a model, they said it needed to look noticeable rather than natural, and because I wanted it to look natural, I asked them to make it natural even when I was on the operating table, and even when the anesthesia wore off in the middle, but in the end, because of overinjection, calcification occurred and the grafted fat clumped together. Now my cheeks and forehead are too plump, it looks unnatural when I smile, and if I gain even a little weight, I become like a dumpling. More fat was put into the right side than the left, so I ended up with asymmetry and imbalance. Even after receiving various lifting procedures and fat-dissolving procedures at dermatology clinics, it doesn’t go back. If I press the overinjected right cheek, there is a lump. There’s no way to remove it, and they say that once it engrafts it can become uneven, so I’m just living somehow in this overly full state.. People used to tell me a lot that I looked pretty when I smiled, and I miss my natural-looking self. If you’re going to do fat grafting, I hope you do it moderately, just enough to fill in volume.
