When I first had it done, I was really satisfied. The nasal bridge was raised very beautifully, and I could worry less about inflammation. But the limitations of dermis surgery definitely do show up. Now, 3 years later, it's still prettier than my previous nose, but the glabella area has been completely absorbed, so I don't feel there has been a major change. If you really like a natural look and don't need it to be very noticeable, I recommend donor dermis, but if you want a certain degree of change, I think you may also want to consider silicone. In my case, now...
