While I was looking into surgery for a deviated nasal septum that I had kept putting off, I ended up fracturing my nose. The bone is slightly displaced, so it seems that closed reduction is normally the standard approach, but even doing only nasal fracture surgery separately costs quite a bit. So I’m taking this chance to look into septal surgery along with cosmetic surgery. Is there anyone who knows a good hospital? My original goal was mainly functional nasal surgery, but since I’m having surgery anyway, I’d like to add a little cosmetic rhinoplasty too. My existing nose is on the decent side, so I want it done naturally, without a big difference and without it looking too obviously surgical...
