I’m a man, and my face is wide with a square jaw and prominent cheekbones, so I’m seriously thinking about getting plastic surgery in Gangnam. Since it involves shaving down bone, I think of it as a major surgery. I know one possible side effect is that nerve sensation may not come back, but are there any other truly serious side effects? I’m asking here because I feel like this community will tell me the real facts without sugarcoating anything.
