My chin is on the longer side, and I’ve already had consultations. Even at the hospital, the doctors said my chin tip is slightly long, and that my horizontal width is very narrow while the vertical length is long. They also said that since I have a somewhat weak/recessed chin, it might be good to advance it a little. Do I also need square-jaw surgery? If I do square-jaw surgery, the horizontal width may decrease and make my face look even longer, so I’m worried. I really dislike having a long face, so I want to shorten the chin-tip length to reduce face length, but I’m not sure if I will see a dramatic effect by only reducing the chin tip…
