Everything else was fine, but the ear where they harvested the ear cartilage hurt more than my nose, so I said from the start that I don’t want to use ear cartilage again - I went to consultations at 3 clinics Since my nasal tip is drooping, they said ear cartilage is not suitable from the beginning and told me to use costal cartilage The recommendations were 1 donated costal cartilage and 2 autologous costal cartilage. But the place that recommended donated costal cartilage has almost no autologous costal cartilage cases in their reviews and only donated costal cartilage, so I wondered if they might not be good at autologous costal cartilage The final two I’m debating between are the two places that recommended autologous costal cartilage: one place does implant-free autologous costal cartilage correction for bulbous nose and pinched nose, and silicone …
