My boyfriend had his hump shaved down and ear cartilage placed in the nasal tip 10 years ago, but it seems to have drooped a bit, so he’s considering revision surgery. But in reality, I’m the one going around to consultations more diligently than he is lol ㅠ Should he remove the ear cartilage completely and do it again, or is there a slightly simpler method? ㅠ
