My boyfriend had his hump shaved down and ear cartilage placed in the nasal tip 10 years ago, but it seems to have drooped a bit, so he’s considering revision surgery. But in reality, I’m the one going around to consultations more diligently than he is lol Should he remove the ear cartilage completely and do it again, or is there a slightly simpler method?
