Day 6 after fat grafting..

It's day 6 after fat grafting.. My face isn't severely swollen, but it is a bit swollen. My mom says my face looks like a different person and that it's strange I heard the amount of fat taken from my body was 47 cc. Then they probably didn't inject all of that amount, right? If they were preparing for a second round, they probably injected 30-40 cc.. (I haven't met the doctor yet after the surgery) Is that a lot to inject? I had a little put into my forehead, temples, side cheekbones, under-eyes, and nasolabial fold area. Actually, the clinic said I didn't need fat injection.. But my forehead and temples bothered me, so while I was doing it, I did everything What if this fat doesn't go away? I tend to have cheek fat, so I didn't put any only in my cheeks and put a little everywhere else. Those who have done it before~ please teach me ways to lower the survival rate..ㅜㅡ I heard going to a sauna helps a bit, so if I go to the sauna and do things like ultrasound massage, will the survival rate decrease? Actually, right now my face isn't just swollen; it has become way too puffy and tight. It feels like a lump of fat. Please, I hope this fat sinks down as soon as possible Oh.. for reference, to give information to those considering fat grafting, after I had fat grafting, my face line from back when I was a freshman or sophomore in college came back. Actually, as I got older, the side cheekbone area became hollow and I felt like my face line got a bit ruined. I still have to wait and see, but anyway, my face line really became like when I was young. And I had it done outside Seoul, so don't pay too much in Seoul~ If you meet a skilled doctor outside Seoul, it seems fine.. There was almost a 2-3 times price difference between outside Seoul and Seoul.
