Nose Re-Surgery

My nose gets pressed against the silicone when I sleep, and I developed insomnia

The cartilage is being pressed by the silicone, so my nasal obstruction is severe, and even if I manage to fall asleep with difficulty, I have nightmares and keep waking up. Would it be better to at least remove the silicone first? It's been a little over two months. Since my nose surgery, I haven't slept properly even once, and it's truly draining me. This must be a side effect too, right? I thought it was psychological, but it wasn't. When I lie flat on my back, my nose gets hard and the airway narrows It feels like my nose is sinking down.
