When they build up the columella, they use silicone or Gore-Tex, right~ But the horizontal width of silicone or Gore-Tex.. I mean not the vertical length, not the nasal bridge height, but the horizontal width.. I don't think they usually talk about this width during surgery~ I had my second surgery this time.. At first, it gave off too much of a beastly vibe, so I asked whether silicone also comes in wide and thin horizontal widths, and they said there are thin, medium, and wide ones~ They said if it's too thin, it looks obvious, so they put in a medium one. Maybe because of that, from the front, the nasal bridge seems wide too.. How wide do you usually make your nasal bridge??
