I’m planning to remove nasal silicone, fill the area where it was removed with dermis, and fill the pinched nasal tip with ear cartilage and dermis. Will a lot of it be absorbed later? Anyone here who had surgery like this, or older sisters who have used ear cartilage and dermis, please leave reviews ㅠㅠ Also, it’s been 10 months since my primary surgery.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
