Septal extension gets crooked anyway. I'm 2 months post-op, and when I look with my eyes, I can't see that it's crooked, but on CT it's already very slightly crooked, about 2 degrees. Anyway, the doctor also told me to remove the septal extension. But my nasal bridge was also rasped down, and I'm too scared to remove all the support too. So I asked if, after removing the septal extension, they could make the support very small, and they said that's possible. Is there anyone here who had surgery like this? If you know anything about the shape afterward or the foreign-body sensation, please shareㅠ Of course, the foreign-body sensation would probably be less than with an extension graft.
