Septal cartilage show-through + photo of removed cartilage (warning)

I'm writing this because there are people here who are curious about septal support graft show-through. Even autologous cartilage can show through and protrude; it is not an area that adheres. Mine had been 12 years. Even if it doesn't break through, it protrudes as if it might break through, and from the side view the columella droops, making it a pollybeak nose. I started feeling it from 1 year ago. The photos are of the show-through and the removed cartilage. Heh, the 2 small pieces of cartilage that were inside were the support grafts, and the 2 large pieces were the nasal tip, but 1 had calcified into a rhombus shape and damaged the alar cartilage.
