Please take a look at my nose! As you can see in the photos, I had an arrow-shaped nose! My nasal tip was very long and it was a bit low. Because my nose was long, I looked a bit older too! And the doctor said one of my nostrils was blocked....! So I had nasal obstruction surgery together with rhinoplasty~! But no one around me knows that I had surgery... Not even one person...! They just say I somehow got a little prettier~!^^; It’s really nice that my migraines disappeared after having nasal obstruction surgery.. But since everyone really doesn’t know I had nose surgery, I feel kind of strange... Does it really not look obvious??
