The shape is artificial, and I don't think it used to be like this, but lately I've also been getting a little nose pain. It kind of stings, I guess. I think I probably need revision surgery, but would it be okay to remove the silicone and just leave the nose tip? I'm worried the bridge shape might become bumpy or look strange. I definitely can't take out everything all the way to the tip ㅜㅜ
