Hi everyone. I had my first surgery in April with silicone and septal extension using a septal support graft, and I’m scheduled to have them removed in October-November. Since enough time hasn’t passed yet, all the hospital consultations rejected me… I’m going to ask the hospital too, but because of my previous hospital, I’ve developed distrust toward hospitals Usually they only talk about their good points and try to hide the bad points. But when I look at this community, there are people who say their shape changed 1-2 years after nose removal, and there are really a lot of worry posts about saddle nose, upturned nose, dents, and things like that.
