I had surgery by the open approach before, so I already have a slight scar. If I do removal surgery and open it again, will I get more scarring, or could the scar disappear? I’m thinking that instead of treating the existing scar with laser, maybe reopening the incision and removing it would be more certain. Is that ridiculous?
