After removing ear cartilage from the nasal tip, is cartilage repositioning absolutely necessary? There are posts saying cartilage repositioning is a sales tactic, and posts saying something serious will happen if you do not do it. Are there people who only removed the ear cartilage and did not do cartilage repositioning? I am curious what the shape looks like if only the ear cartilage is removedㅠ
