I’ve posted so many times that everyone probably knows, but it’s been 4 months since my nose surgery, and consultations start next month. I had septal extension, a support strut, silicone, bilateral osteotomy, hump correction, deviated nose correction, and functional surgery together. My aesthetic dissatisfaction is that my nose has become too small for my face, the nasal tip is crooked, and although it was crooked originally, it looks more emphasized after raising the height. From the side, the nose is unnaturally high, the line isn’t smooth and there is a step-off. It was a nose where the nostrils didn’t show, but now the nostrils show, changing my impression.
