As time goes on, the tip of my nose is getting so white that I'm going crazy... sigh. But when I touch it, it doesn't feel angular and the cartilage isn't protruding; honestly, it's just the skin that's white. But will it become more and more noticeable... In the end, I think removal is the answer...... If removing because the cartilage is showing through, can it be done closed I don't want to do open surgery again I'm so worried.
