I had double eyelid surgery today, partial incision~

After setting the date, I kept hiding in this community, reading posts and feeling nervous;; and finally had it done today~ I live in Cheongju, so I had it done in Cheongju.. People said the anesthetic injection hurts, so I was really scared, but they said they would do sedation anesthesia.;; [I guess other places just did it normally? Judging by people saying it hurt..] They gave me an injection in my arm, and while I was asleep for about 1~2 minutes, they gave the anesthetic injections. lol so I didn’t even know whether they were giving the anesthetic injections or not. But even until they were cutting both eyes and suturing for quite a while, I was dozing off-_-;;; Maybe it was because of the sedation anesthesia, or maybe I was sleepy because it was early in the morning... The doctor got flustered and said, “Open your eyes, open your eyes.. are you sleepy?!?”.. lol Even after that, I was in a hazy state for a while.. I did feel like they were suturing something, but it wasn’t particularly scary. In my head, I was even reviewing for an exam I had that evening [..] so it really wasn’t that hard. In the middle, I asked something, and the nurses and doctor all joked around and laughed together-_-;; It took about 40 minutes... The problem was, after the surgery was all finished, when I opened my eyes and they took photos, it seemed like one line didn’t extend all the way properly; So I lay down again and they did about 10 more minutes;; Thanks to that, although it was originally partial incision, only the left side was done with partial incision plus one or two more buried-suture pinches; After coming home, eating, and hanging around, it wasn’t swollen and didn’t hurt, but as the anesthesia started wearing off, it gradually began to hurt [especially the left side]. I put on a cool pack and slept a bit, and now it’s okay. When I blink or something touches my eye, it feels a bit sore and numb, but it’s tolerable. There’s no bruising yet, and there is some swelling, but I think it’ll be huge by tomorrow-_- lolol If I get properly puffy tomorrow, I’ll take photos and upload them~ lol
