I’m so torn about a third revision rhinoplasty

After getting consultations, I did learn a lot, but now that I actually have to choose, my head is even more complicated. First, for my nose, this will be my 3rd time, and because of inflammation, my nasal tip is red and my nasal bridge looks upturned, so I decided to have surgery. The methods I’m currently debating are: 1. At Hospital A, I can really feel that the director is consulting with me for treatment purposes, to stabilize the nose. Surgical method: remove the silicone from the nasal bridge, clean up the capsule, osteotomy. Since I have a wide nose, they said they would gather the nasal bridge a bit with osteotomy. For the nasal tip, they suggested ear cartilage. 2. At Hospital B, the director has a strong personal style. The part that stood out most was that they do one surgery per day …
