I just had it removed with a closed approach, and the doctor didn’t really say anything either. I didn’t even know that the capsule and things like that had to be removed together, so I just had it removed at a local clinic, but I regret it so much because I think that was wrong. They say my alar cartilage is damaged too from the closed rhinoplasty. I had a CT scanㅜㅜ I’m devastated, seriously.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
