Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Nasal redness, abnormality in the nasal tip cartilage

I don't even know how many times I've had my nose done. It's been a little over a year and a half since my last revision rhinoplasty, and starting from after one year, I think, my nose has been extremely red from the nasal bridge to the nasal tip. I went to the hospital where I had the surgery, but they said it isn't inflammation, and other than the redness, I don't have pain or swelling. Also, I don't know if the nasal dorsum area has sunken in or if the autologous costal cartilage placed on my nasal tip is protruding, but it looks like it sticks out. Slightly round. Did they shape the autologous costal cartilage in the nasal tip strangely, or did the nasal dorsum area sink in? Anyway, I'm going to visit the hospital where I had the surgery once more and also go to other hospitals that specialize in removal. I'm scared it might be inflammation from the silicone in the nasal bridge...
