I keep looking into revision rhinoplasty because my silicone implant is showing through, and I’m so torn over whether to go back to the hospital where I had surgery and get it done again there, or go to a completely new hospitalㅠㅠ My nasal bridge was originally high, but because I had a bulbous nose, they said I needed to use silicone to get an effect from the front, so even though I wanted no implant, I was worried it wouldn’t show at all and got siliconeㅠㅠ It looks like a straight line and masculine. Because of columella drooping and because my nose looks bigger from the side, I don’t like the shape either. Not the director who operated on me, but when I only looked at many review photos from another director at the same hospital, it was the straight-to-slightly-curved line I want, but with my nose…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
