My first surgery at a plastic surgery clinic went badly, so I went to an ENT clinic and had rhinitis surgery at the same time as raising my nasal tip using septal cartilage. I’m now 9 months post-op, and as the nasal tip is gradually getting lower, I feel some discomfort too. It’s also too hard, and I really just want to take it out. Even though I didn’t put in an implant like silicone, would it cost a lot? I’m only thinking of doing removal and repositioning, but most quoted estimates are for implant removal, so I’m wondering how much septal cartilage costs

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
