It’s been a little over 2 weeks since I had my septal extension removed and osteotomy restoration done. After the osteotomy restoration, the sunken area in the middle of my nose hasn’t come back as much as I expected. Will the tissue fill in later? Also, after removing the septal extension, on the day of surgery it was close to my original nose, but after a few days, maybe a contracture phase came, and my nostrils became upturned. I’m wondering if this also comes down over time. A lot of people say it will come down, but even though I massage it every day now, it still looks pinched, so I’m upset ㅠㅠㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
