I don’t like my nose, so I want surgery. I really dislike my nose so much, but they say they did nothing wrong. My original nose was honestly better, so I strongly want to remove the nose implant. Would it be okay to remove only the silicone? They said they used ear cartilage and septal cartilage for the nasal tip. Can that be removed too?
