I have 4 mm in my nasal bridge, and if I remove the silicone and do a nasal tip revision to match the removed height, will it look natural without a step-off? It doesn’t seem to happen a lot, but I’ve heard that a step-off can sometimes occur after silicone removal, so I’m a little worried I looked into both revision surgery and removal specialists evenly, and would Ovli, Kim In-jung, Seo Sang-woo, Yoo Won-il, and Cha Min be enough? Somehow, as time passes, it feels like the number of times I feel pain is becoming more frequent, but I also think I’m becoming really cautious because I’m worried that one choice could lead to another failed surgery.
