For my first surgery, I wanted to change my upturned nose into an ordinary nose, but they made me look like a plastic-surgery monster. I saved money and had revision surgery, and I was fairly satisfied, but my nose is lifting again. Every plastic surgery clinic I went to for consultations said that if I had revision surgery, it would never lift again. Will it really not lift? Personally, I think contracted upturned noses seem to come down and stay maintained after revision surgery, but congenitally upturned noses seem to lift again even after being lowered. Was the surgery a failure, or is it because I was born that way and it has a tendency to return to its original state? Has anyone maybe …
