I finally removed the silicone that had been in for over 10 years. I’ve had a lot of revision rhinoplasty and went through a lot, so this time I removed the silicone completely. I want to get the cotton out of my nose quicklyㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
