They say there are a Big Three for nose implant removal. Please tell me who the Big Three are. I’m only trying to remove the silicone, so about how much would it cost? If there are other places that are good besides the Big Three, please let me know too. My columella is deviated, so I’m also trying to correct that. Please share information, everyone.
