It will soon be 1 year since my nose surgery. I like the nose line, but it's too high and doesn't suit my face, so I'm planning to remove the silicone. I prefer a natural look. I had 3 mm inserted and used septal cartilage and ear cartilage. If I remove the 3 mm, will it lower a lot? I hope it gets lower ㅠㅠ How many days should I take off work, and how long will it take to return to daily life?
