During my first surgery, I had hump nose surgery. They rasped down the protruding part and used ear cartilage to raise the nasal tip. When I touch it, it seems like there’s also a columellar strut. From the beginning it looked a bit like a droopy, arrow-shaped nose, but I was scared to do it again so I left it aloneㅠ As time goes by, the nasal tip is getting sharper and I hate how it looksㅠ If I remove everything in my nose, will it droop like my original hump nose? I’m wondering whether I’ll eventually need to redo cartilage repositioning, or whether it would be okay just to remove it. If anyone here got a naturally rounded and soft-looking nasal tip, please tell me whereㅜㅜ If anyone is like me, please shareㅜㅜ
