This time I decided to have the silicone removed, leave the nasal tip, and have surgery to smooth out the step-off with ear cartilage. Since I’m from out of town, I think I’ll go alone, and I’m planning to stay one night after silicone removal. I should be able to take the train back down the day after surgery, right?
