I had septal extension at the nasal tip, and they said they will remove everything and put in crushed septal cartilage where the hump was shaved down. Is that really okay? I’ve heard a lot that if cartilage is placed on the nasal dorsum, it shows through ㅠㅠ There aren’t real reviews either, so if anyone knows, please helpㅠㅠㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ
