Pressure Sensation After Osteotomy

Is there anyone who has a pressure sensation in the osteotomy area every time they breathe, especially when exhaling, like air is passing through a narrow passage? I’m on day 33 after surgery with lateral osteotomy, nasolabial angle correction, columellar lengthening, silicone on the nasal bridge, and autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip. Since the surgery, I still can’t breathe through both nostrils, so I’m going around to different ENT clinics. In my opinion, it seems like one of three possibilities: either thick autologous costal cartilage was layered on both sides, or the short nose was stretched too aggressively and caused nasal valve stenosis, or the airway narrowed due to excessive osteotomy.
