Somehow, it’s become my 6th year since nasal implant removal, and although my nose has become much lower, I’m getting by. Even after removal, honestly, when I was tired or struggling, my nose would sometimes swell along with a heartbeat-like feeling, so I took anti-inflammatory medication many times. But I no longer feel that heavy sensation I had when I had nose surgery, and I’m living with a low but comfortable nose. I hope everyone who is struggling over nasal implant removal has good outcomes and is living their everyday lives. If I said I honestly never thought about revision surgery while looking at my lowered nose, that would be a lie, but what I gained now…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
