For those who had removal, do you regret it? How long has it been since your removal? If you have any side effects or symptoms, I’d really like you to share them. Last month, I had hump shaving, medial and lateral osteotomies, hump osteotomy, and the perforated area was filled with septal cartilage. Because my skin is thin and I was worried it might show through, it was covered on top with postauricular fascia. A new nose was made using ear cartilage and septal cartilage for the nasal tip and columellar strut, plus tying the septum and alar cartilage.
