Is there anyone who has had total removal? I found ㅍㄹㅁ, ㅅㅅㅇ, ㄱㅇㅅ, ㄱㄷㄱㄹ, ㄷㅌㅈ, and ㅊㅁ, but my mind keeps going toward ㅅㅇ, so when I search more again, I only see good reviews, which makes me reconsider, and I don't know what to do. Is there anyone who had a septal support graft and nasal tip cartilage removed at ㅅㅇ?
