I had revision rhinoplasty 3 years ago, and scar tissue has just been there the whole time. I thought it was nasal sebum, and it’s not noticeable, but I can feel something at the tip, so I pressed it with an extractor and it’s not sebum… I used autologous costal cartilage and ear cartilage, and I understand the nasal tip was done with ear cartilage. I’ve been so unconcerned about it, but in this case should I go to the clinic where I had surgery, or should I go to another clinic and get it repositioned? Please help ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
