I want to have everything removed, including the silicone and the nasal tip cartilage. Would it be better to go back to the clinic where I originally had it done?ㅠㅠ For reference, it’s been over 10 yearsㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
