Warning: informal speech. I knew it was serious, but I just lived with it. Over 12 years, a gas smell has come from my nose randomly when I’m lying down, and my nose sometimes throbs and hurts, so after 15 years I went for consultations to revise my nose surgery, and I heard a lot of shocking things lol omitted. It was more serious than I thought, so I’m going to have surgery. When I first had it done, I think they shaved the hump and used ear cartilage for the tip and septal cartilage inside the nose. This time, when I went for consultations, they said my septal cartilage would likely be insufficient and recommended only autologous costal cartilage. Anyway, over 15 years it has very gradually drooped more and more, and it has sagged this far lol I’m about to become Squidward. Even when I first raised my nose…
