I’ve scheduled the surgery, and since this is my third revision surgery, first round was at ㅂㄹㅇ. I didn’t know much and put down a deposit from out of town, had a consultation on the day of surgery, and went straight into surgery. I had silicone on the nasal bridge and septal cartilage for the nasal tip. My original nose was very small with no bridge, so I had only been getting filler, but I got tired of getting filler and did it without thinking, and it was a complete disaster. Second round was at ㄷㅂㅇ, silicone 3 mm, nasal tip with ear cartilage, they slightly placed silicone and said they used the remaining septal cartilage. It was better than the first time, but they raised the nasal tip too much, so it became a pinched nose, 11-shaped nostrils, and upturned nose ㅠ I’m so stressed, and now that I’m 40, I’m removing it…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
