It’s my 3rd revision surgery for a short, upturned nose, and I’m planning to remove the silicone. I got rejected by ㅅㅅㅇ and ㅍㄹㅁㅋㅋㅋ I’m deciding between ㄱㅇㅅ and 431 right now. I currently have donated costal cartilage, and both ㄱㅇㅅ and 431 suggested removing the silicone and switching to ear cartilage. But ear cartilage is weaker than costal cartilage, so I don’t know if an upturned nose can come down. I thought short noses needed costal cartilage to bring them down. Right now, my columella is short and I’m concerned that my nostrils show too much from the front. Can this be done with only ear cartilage? Has anyone had a case like mine? I want to hear reviews.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
