I had nostril/alar surgery, hump reduction, and osteotomy.. I didn’t have any foreign material inserted. But they said my nostrils were originally a bit uneven, and that they tried to match them as much as possible, but they’re uneven,,-ㅅ- I can understand the nostrils being uneven. The problem is the position of the nasal ala,,,, the right side is higher. Shouldn’t at least the height of the nasal alae be the same? Today is day two,,, Ah~~~ I’m worried~ Oh right! Do alar scars remain a lot?? Everyone here, please leave comments, please~!
